Is your roof or high-traffic work area cluttered with hazardous obstructions? Do you need a simple, cost-effective way to help prevent your workers from tripping and falling over annoying obstacles? Rooftop hazards can include obstacles like piping, conduits, cables, slippery or uneven surfaces, and a change in level. FlexDecks fixed mini-stepovers are a safe way to overcome these obstructions. Easy to assemble and position, they are suitable for all roof types and ground-based or indoor use.

Mini-stepovers are available in three anti-slip tread widths (3 ft., 4 ft., and 5 ft.) and two height clearance options (7.8-in. and 15.7-in.) with freestanding PVC counterweight bases or a bolted fixing option. Anti-slip

All FlexDecks fixed stepovers feature anti-slip treads that are self-draining and non-bounce to provide a sure-footed walking surface. They are load-tested to guarantee stability and safety during use. Non-penetrating PVC counterweight bases or flange-bolted options enhance worker safety for rooftop, indoor, or ground-based use.

Robust

Mini-stepovers are constructed of glass-reinforced nylon or anodized aluminum for long-lasting strength and corrosion resistance. They will provide years of trouble-free service even under harsh conditions, such as outdoors or in demanding environments. Nylon treads are fire-rated to Class HB of UL94 and will not present a fire risk.

Modular

FlexDecks fixed stepovers are built from modular components with stair treads in OSHA-specified sizes. This modular design enables us to provide mini-stepovers that fit seamlessly into your workspace. Mini-stepovers are available in standard kits that are easy to install—no welding necessary—and can be repositioned as needed.

Our anti-slip fixed stepovers can be designed to suit any requirement where off-the-shelf step stools are impractical and using boards, cinder blocks, and other off-the-cuff methods is inappropriate.
