Featuring a compact footprint and high-strength, lightweight aluminum and steel construction, the V-22 platform conforms to, meets and exceeds OSHA requirements. The platforms offer full nose and wing fall protection and enhanced worker safety while creating efficiencies in the maintenance process. This platform is easily mobile when necessary and securely locked in place during maintenance procedures.

Advantages of the Osprey Phase Style Maintenance Stand
Modular, easy assemble and disassemble of platform decks which feature bracing systems that allow for 1/3 less setup time.
The maintenance bay can be utilized as a wrap around bay or split between tail and main sections of the helicopter.
Easy, quick and safe Auto-Lock Sliders located around all points of the helicopter offer profile conformity from top or bottom of stand, and are engineered for weight load stability.
Electrical and Air Line Connections
Hard mounted and conveniently located on all main deck sections. Electrical system incorporates emergency shut-off switch, GFI, and UL approved components.
The modular deck sections are constructed from lightweight, high-strength aluminum with self-draining, anti-slip deck plate. The leg sections are constructed of steel providing rugged, towable deck sections for movement in and out of hangars and along the flightline
All platforms have been engineered for easy transport and mobility.

FlexDecks Maintenance Stands are constructed from lightweight, high-strength structural grade 6061 aluminum and self-draining, anti-slip and anti-bounce 5052 aluminum safety treads which are OSHA compliant, omni directional and self-correcting. All welded designs are in accordance with AWS D1.1 & D1.2. Each design features load ratings. FlexDecks Stands provide complete OSHA compliance for fall protection during maintenance procedures.
