Featuring a compact footprint and high strength lightweight aluminum construction, the F-22 Raptor platform conforms to, meets and exceeds OSHA requirements. The platform offers full fall protection and enhanced worker safety without obstructing the maintenance process. The complete docking system permits access to all areas and parts of the aircraft without the need to move any platforms or stairs. This platform is easily mobile when necessary and securely locked in place during maintenance procedures.
The Lockheed Martin/Boeing F-22 Raptor Maintenance Platform’s load rating is confirmed using finite element analysis method. F-22 Raptor Phase Maintenance Platforms are designed for easy maneuverability and can be separated from the other components for hanger/facility replacement storage. Electrical and Air Line Connections
Hard mounted and conveniently located on all main deck sections. Electrical system incorporates emergency shut-off switch, GFI, and UL approved components.
Each stand is constructed from light weight, high-strength aluminum and self-draining, anti-slip, anti-bounce safety tread.

OSHA Compliant F-22 Raptor Maintenance
FlexDecks Maintenance Stands are constructed from light weight, high-strength structural grade 6061 aluminum and self-draining, anti-slip and anti-bounce 5052 aluminum safety treads which are OSHA compliant, omni directional and self-correcting. All welded designs are in accordance with AWS D1.1 & D1.2. Each design features load ratings. FlexDecks Stands provide complete OSHA compliance for fall protection during maintenance procedures.
