FlexDecks Maintenance Stands are constructed from lightweight, high-strength 6061 aluminum. They feature OSHA-compliant 5052 aluminum Safety Treads that are self-draining, anti-slip, anti-bounce, omni-directional, and self-correcting. All welding adheres to AWS D1.1 & D1.2 standards and includes confirmed load ratings, ensuring complete OSHA-compliant fall protection during maintenance procedures.

Easy, quick and safe Auto-Lock Sliders located around all points of the helicopter offer profile conformity from top or bottom of stand and are engineered for weight load stability Each slider end is outfitted with heavy duty rubber bumpers to protect aircraft/land vehicle skin. Made of the same anti-slip, anti-bounce OSHA compliant tread plate. Each individual slider can be easily repositioned for more precise aircraft profile conformity.

Hard mounted electrical and air line connections conveniently located on all main deck sections. Electrical system incorporates emergency shut-off switch, GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) and incorporates all UL approved components.
