The F-35 Maintenance Platform was designed with direct input from Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II service technicians. Featuring high-strength lightweight aluminum construction, the F-35 platform exceeds OSHA requirements. The platform offers full fall protection and enhanced worker safety without obstructing the maintenance process. As with all FlexDecks Phase Style Platforms, the F-35 platforms are easily mobilized when necessary and securely lock in place during the maintenance procedures.
The F-35 Phase Maintenance Platform enables a maintenance bay to facilitate complete fall protection to technicians servicing all areas of the aircraft. The platform is a totally OSHA-compliant high strength, lightweight aluminum with a rugged, structural design.
This platform’s load rating is confirmed using finite element analysis method. F-35 Phase Maintenance Platforms are designed for easy maneuverability and can be separated from the other components for hangar/facility replacement storage.

OSHA Compliant
FlexDecks Maintenance Stands are constructed from light weight, high-strength structural grade 6061 aluminum and feature self-draining, anti-slip and anti-bounce 5052 aluminum Safety Treads, that are OSHA compliance, omni-directional and self-correcting. All welded designs are in accordance with AWS D1.1 & D1.2. Each design features load ratings. FlexDecks Stands provide complete OSHA compliance for fall protection during maintenance procedures.

Easy, quick and safe Auto-Lock Sliders located around all points of the aircraft offer profile conformity from top or bottom of stand and are engineered for weight load stability Each slider end is outfitted with heavy duty rubber bumpers to protect aircraft/land vehicle skin. Made of the same anti-slip, anti-bounce OSHA compliant extrusion. Each individual slider can be easily repositioned for more precise aircraft profile conformity.

Electrical and air line connections conveniently located on all main deck sections. Electrical system incorporates emergency shut-off switch, GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) and incorporates all UL approved components.
