He works seamlessly with internal engineering and production teams to architect customer solutions and secure project wins, while proactively resolving potential issues to ensure a flawless customer experience.

A key architect of the company’s growth infrastructure, Tony developed the FlexDecks CRM operational framework and conducts the detailed market research that identifies new opportunities, shapes product development, and strengthens competitive positioning. He built the commercial business division from the ground up, expanding the customer base to include robust partners across multiple industries. By executing targeted marketing campaigns within the U.S. and uncovering new sales channels, Tony continuously captures new business. He diligently manages customer inquiries from multiple sources to consistently meet and exceed annual sales goals, while regularly supporting quotation preparation and leadership initiatives.
